I came across this today on a river forum. Sweet !!!!!
Hmmmm....... can I rig this up on my boat? No more worrying about available trees in camp.

That is just too sweet for words!
I'm so out of shape ......I passed gas yesterday and pulled a muscle!
Awesome, now I can not only fall out of a hammock (causing great embarrassment), but I can can drown while doing it!
Great! Now I gotta get a raft. My wish-list is starting to get taller than I am (and I write small).
You're gonna need a bigger hammock
I got a chuckle thinking what the result would be if the rowing rig's set screws were a bit loose.....and wondering what time of the night you would find out about it!

pretty cool. what is this river forum you speak of?
Mountain Buzz is the forum. Lots of rafting & kayaking stuff. Beware.... those folks aren't always as friendly a bunch as all you folks on HF.
Jsaults - I was thinking the same thing when I looked at that picture. That's a lot of stress put on two frame pieces held on with Holander T/set screws. The down side to that set-up is that you'd need a way to quickly stow it when you're ready to shove off from camp. There are a lot of folks who have fold down bimini tops for their rafts, so I guess anythings possibly with a little ingenuity?????
Always things to ponder in the rafting off-season.

(cracking up) Oh, that's awesome! I love it. Thanks for sharing.
