Yeah im using the iMovie app on my iMac. it is really simple to use but not as easy to cut and trim stuff and fine tune things. I have final cut pro but ive neverused it, im thinking of testing it out for part 2.

Great video. I just used my iMovie for the first time a few months ago. Stills & videos of all my river trips from spring thru fall. Did take some time to get all the transitions, effects, and music just right. Sure was fun though and it turned out great.
What video camera did you use? I have the Kodak Playsport which takes decent video and is waterproof. I attached it on my raft which worked well, but next year I'll be trying the helmet cam approach.
Looks like you guys had a great trip. Nothing beats sleeping to the sound of a river.

its a cannon digital camera. i took an 8G card and it gave me 40+ minutes of video. it works really well, im just trying to get proficient at using the camera and taking video. this was probably the last trip of the season but im hoping a "stick pic" will find its way to me this christmas so I can rock it next season. Also it looks like ill probably be a west coaster next year so my next season of hiking will feature Tahoe and the sierra nevada mts.

Oh man this place looks great. I've been wanting to go there for a long time, in fact in 2003 I was going to drive there after work from Ripley MS but I managed to @$^@#$@$ get into a car wreck on the morning of the day I meant to leave. A lady pulled out of a parking lot directly in front of me into the highway, I started to pass her on her left, and then she decided to turn again back into the same parking lot that she just exited. I crashed into her front left fender and my brain went "whelp, seeya next time west virginia". Thanks for the video.
