You might try looking on Ebay, that is where I found mine. Search for "downeast frame." That is the company now producing them. So far they do not seem to have the problems of the older designs.

They were less than 7 bucks here before shipping (if you just meant the frame). The shoulder straps and hip belts are cheap as well. I think all of the components combined are under $60, and they are new. Just used mine in Linville Gorge and was quite happy with how the load transferred away from the shoulders and onto the hips.
