Webbing Question

I finally figured out how I want to rig my no-hardware webbing-only suspension... simple, cheap, and light. But I'm pretty sure the webbing I've bought is tubular nylon climbing webbing... too much stretch. I tried hanging between two trees that were far enough apart I couldn't double the webbing, and woke up with my butt on the ground.

So I need some low-stretch polypro webbing. I know I can get the right stuff from arrowhead in camo or black... but I like pretty colors...

Would this stuff work?

definately go with that polyester, the polypro that you had a link to is only 900 lbs break strength. and while that may hold you just fine, your straps take quite a beating from dirt, tree sap, they will be damaged over time; so you'd want to go for something like the polyester, with a very high break strength while still allowing little to no stretch.

Arrowhead sells the straps and cinch buckels and add some Dutch Clips and you have a fast and easy way to hang your hammock.

Strapworks has a nice selection of patternes to choose from ( I got some pirate head logo straps ). These straps weigh more than the ones you can get from Arrowhead (who is a member of the forum).
