So if I was to want to start a little DIY underquilt project or a tarp would this fabric > http://www.duroindustries.com/index....on-fr-finished < be a suitable option? If not that particular fabric would any of the others listed on the left side of that page be a better option?

I am trying to do the stealth thing and this camo pattern is very versatile in many seasons and terrains.

The fabric you've linked to is the only one suitable for hammocks or sleeping gear. A little heavy for sleeping gear but it makes a great hammock, i like mine.
