The reason I brought up side sleeping might not fit the intended design (I dont know for sure) but what I understand from reading many posts here, it seems most people sleep mostly on their back. Mac can better answer how it was designed related to side sleepers. As for the legs, that is where it varies. I tend to sleep with one leg straight or slightly bent, and the other bent at the knee with the foot under my knee of the straight leg...
Another thing to play with are the triangle thingies from AHE. Got a pair, they do work.
