    Hey Shug,

Looks great! I have given up my HH for a Bridge and am glad the mods have begun in earnest. I had 2Q mod my first BMBH and also have a new model BMBH with zips . . . Works well but I also like your solution

Care to comment or post a couple of pics of your bridge suspension? I noticed a Dutch Biner in one of the shots. Also interested in how you will suspend an under quilt.

    Thanks!

Call me crazy ..... I like both. Fun to switch out from time to time.
Bridges seem to take a bit more length due to the suspension right off the hammock but it is really a moot point. Same with the poles.
But the comfort is big and I can totally see how some hanger would prefer them
They work as a chair well too!

I meant to quote Lonely Raven on his comment to try a bridge. I hope you did not feel I was trying to give advice to you. I cannot express how much I have learned from your videos and comments on the forum.

Here you go .... I am looking for distraction issues right now!

    Franken-Quilt hangin.....

I wrap my shock-cord UQ suspension around pole tip

Dutch biner... green line is ridge-line.

Dutch Biner between bridge suspension and UCR... ala Grizz

No Sir .... not taken that way at all.........
Bridges are really a terrific option that I feel are often over-looked.
    Thanks for caring.

Perfect, shug, thx! Fwiw added an adjustable ridge line to my BMBH at 105" between the top of the suspension triangle. This gives me a gauge for hammock tension as well as something to hang a light or gear bag from. Suspension very similar to yours. Thanks again.

wow-wee zow-wee Shug! Super job on that. Has to be simpler than putting in a zipper. You zoomed straight to the head of the class with this project.

I gave a moments thought of doing a video on this project but it takes all my brain energy just to cut and sew!
    Thanks!
I should have a video coming pretty soon .... my wife has me busy with her Studio's Fundraiser ....... ahhh, the curse of being wed to an ambitious woman.
