Hey Brother! Great pics and reports (like always). I just traded the WRR for a Versys so I'll be MC Hanging alot more! I'm looking at a Kelty 9 tarp so I can get rid of that horrible blue monster.
I slept in my ENO two days ago in my back yard. I forgot how comfy and unrestricted it is compared to my HH. I may bring it to TT2011.
Cheers!
Hey, Chuck!
The Versys is one of the neatest, most intersting bikes to come out in the last few years, methinks. That WRR is cool, though.
I napped in my ENO DN some last week. It is a nice, open hammock.

So are you guys going to that spring Moto Hang that I read about?
Chris how are you liking the BWM?
I sold my GS this spring and got a KTM 950 Super Enduro.
Dan, I have that moto hang on my radar. I'll decide as it gets closer.
I like the BMW. The ergonomics and and the functionality fit me great. I've put about a hundred thousand miles on GSes since I bought my 1150 in April '06.
The 950SE is awesome. I wish that they'd make a Super Enduro again. How are you planning to carry your hammock gear on the SE?
Chris
I've got the Wolfman Expedition saddlebags, tank panniers and the large rear duffle.
Works well but can't carry near as much as the GS with Jeese aluminum boxes. I bought some used Jesse bags that I'll mount on the SE's racks for a long Alaska run.
We went up to James Bay and into central Quebec last year. 750km from the nearest town and had to carry 20 liters of spare fuel. Beautiful way up there. The GS is a handfull and a half on the loose gravel roads.
Took the SE with a sterring damper to Labrador and Newfoundland this year and the bike with a 21" front wheel and the damper is soild at 140 on the gravel. Worth it's weight in gold.
Here's the TT run, I'd like to do it again.
