    Traveler vs Eno double

I am in the market for a netless hammock and have it down to the two above. My biggest issue while sleeping is I move around a bunch and my sleeping bag TQ usually ends up on the ground covering the dog. The dog loves it, but me not so much . My question is, and hopefully someone has used both, is the Traveler a wide hammock? I know it is not as wide as an ENO but what are your thoughts? I really hope the answer is the Traveler as I would like to support our cottage guys and gals and I know the quality is mighty fine.

I own and use both. They are both very comfortable but in different respects. The Traveler gives a flatter lay and is easier to get in and out. The ENO creates a bathtub feel which I really like for laying in it in different positions with legs crossed, curled up, reclined, laying perpendicular etc. Not that I can't do that in the Traveler but it is not as wide and is flatter as I said. If you want to use a sleeping mat of some kind then the double layer Traveler would be appropriate. The Traveler's material is very nice, silky smooth. The feel of the ENO's material is also nice but the Traveler's is better. A double layer Traveler would be the more versatile of the two especially if you plan on using it to camp or backpack and as you mentioned its good to support a domestic small business.

I've got both ... but I'd have to give the Traveler the edge over the ENO ... for reasons already mentioned.

One other thought. If you like the ENO, but want to buy a less "commercially" produced hammock, how about a Trek Light. I have a Trek Light double which is quite comfy. The Trek Light is very similar to the ENO in design, and made in Colorado. He sells them via the website & at outdoor expos. Just a thought.
Also, I have a question for Traveler owners ...... does it have the same footbox design as the Blackbird?

The Warbonnet Traveler does not have the footbox. It is a basic gathered end hammock.
