    Thanks Shug, the wistle thing was purely and acciddent. Happened to be humming and whistling John Denver's "Thank God I'm a Country Boy" just fell in right on time. Fun! I love me some Sassy Coffee. but I dont like coffe grounds in my eggs just like Woodrow (Lonesome Dove)

    thanks, I have done the JMT up to Laurel Fork back to the Bandy Creek campgrounds. We started at Leatherwood Fork and followed it but by passed the Gand Loop trail (no water)

    If you want a great book on the BSK get Hiking the Big South Fork by Brenda Deaver. She works at the Bandy Creek visitor center. She can tell you about hiddden camp sites on the JMT
