    If you are set on a 1/4" allowance then I would cut the baffles to 3.25", finishing them out at 2.75". This should use the 13oz of down & have approx 15% of overstuff.
    My knife is so sharp it cut the sixth finger off my right hand! On the plus side, Inigo Montoya no longer hunts me.
