    Smile Nomadic Jersey Tree Dweller

    Greetings from the Pine Barrens

I've been visiting here for sometime and thought I should officially join and start hanging with you fine folks.

I've been a tree dweller for years , I also sleep in a hammock in my home and jeep. I'm a group river guide for a local outfitter here in the Jersey pine barrens and can be found hanging on the boat trailers when not in the water.

I love to hike the high trails in the area and wish to thru hike the AT someday. HF looks like a wonderful place to learn somethings and meet great folk.

Thats pretty much it , I'm a simple man that likes nature and people who like nature. Thank you Shug for your wonderful vid's

    Happy Trails
    MoKo

Welcome, Moko. I've never been to the Pine Barrens, but enjoyed reading (and re-reading)Tom Brown's account of growing up there, The Tracker, so I can sort of visualize you in your environment.

I went to Tom Browns school years ago .. we crawled around on our hands and knees alot looking for sign and building spiderholes to live in ..lol it was fun.
Now West Virginia is a really nice place to hike n hang.

Thank you everyone for the warm WELCOME here. Hope I can contribute to the forum in some way.
