Ok guys lets get a final headcount and If any questions still neared addressed only 2 weeks away.
I am definitely coming. It's about a 5 1/2 hour drive for me. So I plan on driving up after work on the 17th and will spend the night in motel. If anyone wants to meet up Friday mourning for breakfast or coffee. Shoot me a PM or post here and we will work out a location and time.

Wel I hoped things didn't change for you Terry , and will Pm you the beginning of that week about coffee and vittles . My jeep will be ready this monday so I am glad to literally have wheels lol
Oh boy, I have gear scattered all over the living room, power was out last night so I had some fun keeping the place warm and cooking and coffee this morning, The wife, not so much. power back on 6 PM tonight so back to the gear.
This is sad allot of views and no responses . It would be nice to know who is coming to know how much food to bring for group meal first day.
I am still planning to come.... so far planning to drive down Friday morning so I'd arrive early afternoon, unless there's a reason to get in much earlier.
I'm looking forward to this as one of my last winter camping chances for the year. Funny to say considering this was my first year doing winter trips and I fully expected to never do winter camping at all - and here it is possibly my favorite time to be out

Heading out tomorrow for a 3 day test run of some new snow shoes. Thats my excuse anyways.
Snow report from local state parks now have the snow depth at 15 inches. Looks like a nice sunny day. Going to start out at Ole Bull state park and hike a 14 mile loop with part of it on the STS. Need to take gps data for the elevation maps we are creating and have a section that is way off from where we think the trail should be.
Looking forward to the 18th to meeting you all. Maybe I'll be back out of the woods by then.

I'm coming for sure, but won't arrive until Saturday morning so I won't be in on the group meal.
