I have a print out of the map, and understanding of the route. I imagine ya'll won't be too hard to find.

I get off work at midnight Friday and will drive directly up there. I'm thinking it's a 2 hour drive for me. I'll sleep in the car, unless I happen to note a campfire going, and join ya'll for breakfast. That's the plan anyway!

Definitely taking Friday the 18th off, vacation day. Will be down in the area early. Little over an hour drive and may even camp out in the area Thursday night after work. Want to do a little scouting of the Quehanna trail as I'm thinking of hiking the loop in May. As the 18th gets closer will see what time others are arriving so I can try to be there around the same time.

Potatoe soup will be with me and anything else I can toss in the truck. Because we wont be too far from the parking area even thought of bringing the old coleman dual burner white gas stove for the soup and maybe the big old coffee pot.

Thanks Jim, Look forward to your input about the trail. I've been fortunate to be able to spend a full week hiking every year and the Quehanna has been on my list for quite a while.

    Feb 2011 PA Hangers,

Just got my Dutch yesterday and is seasoned and ready to go. I hope I can give it a few test drives before the hang. Remember what I said earlier. "What doesn't kill us will only make us stronger."

Got a verbal ok for vacation time. So as of right now I'm in ! WHO's READY FOR THEIR PEACH COBBLER?

medicjimr what's the count so far?
