Communication break down (one or both ways) but no need to flame. I had an issue on my WBBB but it was not unexpected as I paid via bank check instead of PayPal. It was an opportunity to learn and grow not flame a vendor on the open site (PMs are best). I also made sure my plans did not require a quick delivery and expect Brandon to come through.

If I would have gotten honest ansewers from him. I would have went with another comany, and I would have had tarps for my trip. Everyone who spends money with him should have the right to know how he runs his business. I try to support all the small guys. I'll even pay more for something made here in the USA. Again I don't mind waiting either, but you must be honest with me. I spent alot of money with him. He knew it was for a trip I was going on. I understand mistakes, but you must also try to correct your mistakes. I would have been very happy waiting for just the doors, and been able to make the trip. In the mean time OES had a 12x15 tarp to my door in a week for another trip I went on last weekend. I would say it is made just as well if not better then the WB SF.
