Well first of all to give reason to some of this, I travel working with a lot of ministries and since i bought a light weight hammock a year ago i have used it in some fun places.
a handicaped ramp rail
there was a rail for a handicapted entry weight that they removed for repairs on the ramp very comfortable a little low but great
in side a gym
i conected my hammock to the stage footing and the hand rail on the wall in Ga.
a tree and a backhoe Montana camp
a palm tree and a lifeguard stand in costa rica
when ever i drove and needed to take a short break i would go to a rest area and at least in the east there was a lot of them with nice wood canopies that where great
i had an apartment on the lower level and would use the balchoney above me to hook my hammock i got alot of strange looks for that one since i lived near down town grand rapids michigan.
well there are some other places but that is all i can thing of right now

Here's an interesting hang without trees! Don't try this at home!

Mountains have a dreamy way
Of folding up a noisy day
In quiet covers, cool and gray.

Surely, God could have made a better way to sleep.
Surely, God never did.
I believe you can get nuts ect out of cracks by using one of those metal hooks meant to remove them. Or you could use a stick...you really gotta shove it in there and be mean to it if its really stuck
UHHH this makes me wanna climb and hang in my hammockkk
Got to the Florida hang at Midnight and all of the two tree scenarios were taken. But with a boat rack on the vehicle all I needed was one tree!

I tried hanging from the covering on the picnic tables in a rest area in Southern Colorado. Hunting rattlesnakes w/ a friend, another story. The uprights were 4x4, and plenty strong, and I hung as close to the roof as possible.
Anyway, it ended up thunder storming and hailing that nite. The roof was corrigated tin, so the hail sounded Then of course the thunder was pretty close and sparking all over the place. Man! What a nite!
