Just wanted to give a thanks for an incredibly, let me say that again, incredibly well-made hammock. At the end of September I was hiking through MD on the AT and sprained my ankle pretty bad. I had to walk another 5 or 6 miles on it to try and reach a place with water to camp. By the time I got there my ankle was just absolutely huge with all the colors of the rainbow. I set up the BB with the foot end way up to elevate but gritting my teeth thinking how uncomfortable my night was going to be.

I really couldn't believe it - how comfortable - with the footbox I didn't even have to put anything under my knee or any part of my leg to get strain off. It was immediately comfortable with all the weight off - much better than had I been at home on a mattress. I had to get up several times during the night anyway because there were two huge colliding storms dropping 6" or so of rain and I had somehow missed the shelter in the dark due to my slow pace with the sprained ankle always looking down trying not to step on any rocks or roots wrong and hurt it more and wasn't even on the AT anymore how the $@#! did that happen and so had to collect water off of my tarp because I had exactly one sip left and are you getting the picture of what a great day this had been?

But even so by morning my ankle was half the size it had been the night before and I had no problem walking another few miles to get off trail. I can honestly say the best part of that short(ened) trip was my BB. Maryland sure is beautiful even in torrential rain as long as I'm under a tarp and gently swinging in my BB. If I ever sprain another ankle I think I'll go camping.

    Thank you Mr. Warbonnet!

So the WB BB is therapeutic in more ways than we know. I have to believe it was in Brandons grand design.

Well, thats amazing you were able to keep walking. Any time I sprain my ankle I can barely make it the twenty paces to the bathroom from the living room, much less miles carrying a pack. I love my WBBB too.

I have foot problems and I've always thought that having them elevated all night in a hammock has resulted in better feeling feet in the morning. (not to mention the back)
