My current setup ((ENO DoubleNest, ENO DryFly and DIY polyester straps w/biners) weigh in at about 3.25 lbs (1.4 kg). I know, I know it's a heavier setup, but it's what I have for now.Originally Posted by jay590

I will be using a heavier 9 x 9 tarp recommended to me by Neo. It will weigh a pound and a half or so. I have a silnylon 8 x 10 that I don't like using with my hammock. That ENO dry tarp is nice, but it's not silnylon either.
My setup is a tad heavier than some, but I want more coverage than a dry tarp can give me. Mule
Predictions are risky, especially when it comes to the future.
I plan on using the new JRB cat tarp with my bridge. Once the tarp gets here. The combined weight of the two will be around 3lbs. 3oz. Lighter once I figure out how to rig my hiking poles on it to replace the spreader bars. Will also use my black cat tarp which is around 14oz.
