EMBRACE THE SUCK
I use a 16 oz. Nalgene with a cozy. It's a great multi-use item.

Do you want a cup that can be cooked in, in other words a metal cup?
I have this cup and like it. http://www.antigravitygear.com/evern...ug-eca355.html My wife has this one, a little smaller and no silicone on the handles. http://www.snowpeak.com/tableware/cu...-mg-042fh.html
Both Evernew and Snowpeak make double wall Ti cups as well, but you can't cook in them.
Good luck,

I used it all last winter and found it to hold heat very, very well. It's light also.

Here's my choice http://www.rei.com/product/649903 the MSR Titan Mug
I use this along with the MSR tea kettle. It all nests with my DIY alcohol stove and stand to make a light and compact kit.
I really like the Snow Peak 450 Double Wall with lid.

The double wall and lid keeps the coffee hot and you don't burn your fingers.
Yeah, at $43 for a coffee cup, it's pricey, but unless you lose it, you'll never need another one. As mentioned above, though, you can't cook with it.

Here is what I use. $5 locally. Don't cook with it.

I got one of these (the 450) for Christmas a couple of years ago. It doesn't have a handle and just slips into my cook pot. Last I'll ever need.

I've been very happy with this set-up. Heat the water, make the coffee in the pot, slip it into it's own sleeve, attach the lid, sip and enjoy.
