I lay with my head on the left and my legs to the right.

Other than the attached bugnet, I like the HH. I am waiting on fabric to come in the mail to make a homemade asym hammock. I really like the way the asym feels.

What do you have against HH neo?
Is that too much to ask? Girls with frikkin' lasers on their heads?

    Neo,

Put you head to the left and you feet to the right....Oh yeah, open your mind for a fair test....

You were happy for years with you non asym HHBUL....You should find this to be comfortable also...thousands of others find it comfortable....

Yours is the only posting of the HH rope failure that I've read.... How much do you weigh? Did the line have any extra knots in it ? ... every fishermand and climber knows that knots reduce the breaking strength of lines... Also when you inspected the failure was it smooth or rough? Is it possible the break was caused by some nick or snag... Those spectra lines are really strong...most report they have exceeded the rated capacity without issue.

i loved my non asym ultralite backpacker for years, but when my wife hennessey hammock cord broke on me two times that got to me,tom hennessey swears that this has never happened before,it happened to me twice, any way i love my tom claytor jungle hammock and my skeeter beater hammocks,so i am not hammockless. neo

Do you sleep down the middle of your hammock or do you sleep on a diagonal?

Why do you have to lay in a hammock diagonally? can you not lay straight?

Is it like that in all hammocks?
