Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.
Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.
Come on guys, stop posting here! I keep refreshing to see if SC and TW have posted the winner of their Crowsnest rename contest, and getting false positives from this thread! Have some sympathy!
It's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

It's not procrastinating, its proactively delaying the implementation of the energy-intensive phase of the project until the enthusiasm factor is at its maximum effectiveness. - Randy Glasbergen
3 season. 900 fill. no overfill although i keep wondering to myself if they accidentally shipped me a winter
Just like mine. When I tried mine out in the backyard, I slept warm and cozy, even though the temp dropped to ten degrees that night. I was using a JRB winter topquilt. I was only wearing one layer of lightweight fleece and a hat. Oh yeah, I was also using one of Adam's down pillows. Those pillows rock!
my initial dilemna was the foot end of the UQ. i could snug it up so that there wouldn't be an airgap b/t it and the hammock, but it had to be drawn pretty tight in order for this to happen. i feel as it would be more beneficial for me to leave the bottom part not drawn tight, due to the diagonal lay the blackbird requires.
does that make any sense? any thoughts?
oh and i don't need those s-biners right? i can just loop around the whipped end part of the blackbird???
