    No UQ


    Guys I am assuming that the question takes into account what you are wearing in the hammock. ie in a sleeping bag, top quilt or not
    I too did not have clue until I saw this forum. Last summer was my first hammocking and so far have never been cold in a sleeping bag with an inflatabel pad. The trouble is, it is not vey comfortable.
    This year I have a new hammock and intent to try pads inbtween the double layer. I suspect I am just going down the road others have and will eventually get an UQ.

    60-65degF for me. I'm a warm sleeper, though.

    IX will compress and lose it insulation value... no good between layers!
