Heck, I will even pick you up enroute. York is not that far out of my way. I am coming from NoVA up Route 15 thru Gettysburg. Cutting over to York and then up to Dingmans Ferry would be no big deal. If you want...? PM me!

Thanks to all of you for making me feel welcome. To you all in the mid state my avatar is the view looking south on Pine Creek from Hemlock mountain, on the Black Forest Trail. I have a simple goal of finishing Pa on the AT next year(rt.325-Nj). I’m going to try to get it done over three section hikes. I’ll be glad to throw the dates out there if any of you are interested.

It may be a hike for you, but there is group of 12 or so headed up to the Delaware water gap this weekend. If you've got the time, there are plenty of trees!!

Thanks for the invite. I don't have any cold weather gear, but I might be able to make it out for a day trip just to see what’s involved with winter hanging.
