    Exped 7 DAM on top of ccf pad took me to minus 7F (no wind) with no problems.

    ccf pad was in the sleeve of a double bottom diy hammock.

    Like Slowhike, I love my DAM! Great when/if you go to ground. IMHO, worth every ounce of the 2.5 pounds in sub-zero temps. Lightly inflated, it wraps around you in the hammock - nice!

    Haven't tried it in my ENO Doublenest I modified with an external pad sleeve. But it worked great in a tent with 9 inches of snow last January.'
    I think it would be good slightly deflated.
