I want to make that tarp

    Hi Fourdog,
I want to make that tarp. Could you please detail the materials that you used for that reflective tarp. Was it just one material? Or was it a silicone nylon material for the outside and the reflective material for the inside, sewn together? What was you source for the material? What was the weight? What are the dimensions? What would you do differently?
    Thanks.

The tarp is a DIY 6 sided 10' x 10' that I added two tie loops 16" down from the ridge line and folded it back over on its self. It's made from 1,9oz black nylon with a laminted
surface on one side. It's avaible from Westmark Ind. You could also use HD army space blankets sewed together.

The inferred passes plenty good through the clear plastic. Have you ever been in a greenhouse on a sunny day ?

I'l have it set up this weekend at the MN hang and will make video then.

Please veiw attachment for the Finnish fire lay. You can fiqure the log should have a dimison of 1" daim. per hour of burn. Soft woods work best with as few knots as possiple.

A parallel fire lay should be used layed parallel to the wind for your basic fire.
