hmmm
I think the issue is when I visit the site on my phone. It looks like if I visit this site and login, it will log me out on other computers.
That's my theory at least. I'll try to watch this and see if it's the case.

Life is hard? Compared to what?
Your login after 20 minutes, unless you use the 'remember me' option.

I am checking the remember me box and it's still logging me out. The timer is longer than 20 minutes, but I'm not sure the exact length. It seems to be a couple hours, but it's annoying that I keep losing replies because I'm logged out and don't realize it until I hit submit. Then it does not recover my replies.
I love this community, but the forum itself is frustrating me a lot again this week.

There is no problem with the fourm itself remembering your login. It is a browser issue on your computer.

Clear your cache and cookies. Shut down your browser. Open it. Logon again and check the box to keep logged on.
Also, when I had this issue, it was my PC browser. I had it happening at most/all of the VB forums I was on.
If you still have the issue with "can't post because you are not logged on", I usually hit the back button, then just copy, cut it. Loggon, immediatly post it.
