    gmcttr: nailed it.

Tendertoe and Hammike: Feel free to print the attached maps on post #52. They are essentially the same. In fact, better in ways...

Sta-puf: WooooHooooo! Looking forward to seeing you again. Will you be staying the second night (on the hill) this year?

    Gargoyle: You coming, too? Hopeful...

Oms: Looking forward to seeing you again as well.

    Giddyup!

Thanks! A combo of the roads leading in and your closeup topo are just what I was looking for. So is this bushwacking to get to the orange X you put on the map I provided, or is the red trail in the map that I included incorrect (I'll be using your topo once I get there anyways, but was just wondering).

    See you all there Friday!

Scott: It'll be great to see you as well. You better believe I'm staying for the second night. I wouldn't miss it for the world.

I don't remember myself. I think Jerry was in charge of the raffle.

I'm planning on bringing a HF logo biner or two to toss in, as it's looking like I'm not having time to make another kitchen kit. Hopefully people will like the change....

Almost--just down Combs road South from point 5. Not sure exactly where they are talking about but I bet they won't be hard to find. There are several groves of pines down there. Otter and I had lunch down that road when we realized we made a wrong turn. It was peaceful in that valley. You can see it at the beginning of this video; in the background while I am talking you can see some of the pines. I'm walking on the road/trail that follows the stream.

Your map shows only the Nebo Ridge trail and roads. There are many other trails in the area. My maps will show the trails that will get you to the campsites, in addition to the Nebo Ridge trail. If you have a GPSr, you'll be that much more secure. If not, you'll probably still be fine with the maps and my directions on post #52.

Thought it might be a good idea as this hang gets closer to repost my video trip reports from last year, for everyone just finding this thread. Because, you know, 670 or so posts makes for tough searching....

Anyway, I hope you all enjoy these, and I'm really looking forward to making new ones this year.
