I have a North Face PrimaLoft 20 degree mummy that has a 2/3rds zipper. It works very well for a foot box and should I have to go to ground (shudder) it will still zip up. That said I still covet a WB TQ.

I figured the WB TQ would be too warm for most of my camping and then if it's really cold a full zipin bag would have less cold spots.

BUT, what do I know I'm just learning and as usual I seem to take the hard way
