Panel Tie-out Lines, Bungie or Fixed Line ??

    Hi All

    Just a simple question ?

What's best to use for the panel tie out lines in the middle of a tarp ??

Tarp will be a OES SpinnUL with two panel tie out's each side.

I have seen pictures of one longer line used on the tie outs "V'd" out from one stake to the two tie out's but just don't know what is best to use for the actual line.

    Fixed line ??

    Or

A bungie type line to allow some give in the tarp panel ??

Well winter is coming so I'd suggest bungie, Will prevent tear out in heavy snow! And Will do the same at night if someone trips over them!!!

Bungees are good for sil nylon due to the stretch of the material but for spinn won't stretch the same way so you don't need bungees. As fred1diver said though, bungees would provide some shock absorption and therefore help prevent possible damage from snow or heavy wind.
