    Speer Peapod dimensions

    Hi all,

As temperatures in the UK are hitting an all-time low, for us I have been looking at the speer peapod 111 with the 2oz overfill. My problem is the price, with shipping to the UK etc it will cost a fortune

I thought i might have a go at making one, but could do with knowing the flat dimensions of the fabric or maybe just some pics of it lain out flat.

That is unless anyone fancies selling me theirs

    Many Thanks

    James

If mem serves, ~ 9x6 feet, 6 ft wide at the widest in the middle, tapering down to about 2 feet wide on the ends. There is a thread here where I actually measured it if you need more precision and want to search.

I've always wondered, does it lay flat on it's side, or it it more contoured than that?

I think it lays flat on the floor. The only "contour" I've noticed is it is wider in the middle than on the end. I broke down and measured, mine is ~41" on the end, not 2 ft like I wrote in prev post.

    You are welcome!

BTW, the model I have has full length baffles, fairly wide I think, maybe 6"? This stabilizes the down fairly well left to right, but allows down to be shifted head to foot as desired.
