JRB this is a mighty fine gesture and greatly appreciated! I will be doing my part by supporting the raffle. I offer my personal thanks to the JRB, Molly Mac Gear, and all the other contributors to the raffle. The sense of community and friendship found here at HF is truly amazing and heart warming.

So who can I mail my raffle contribution and 7-layer bars to so they get to the hang, since I can't?

It's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

JRB sponsors this 5th annual raffle: Tickets are $10.00 each, & usually the youngest member there draws tickets & you get to choose your "gift" from the large pile of Lower level stuff (HF hats, buffs, etc). Then all are put back in the hat & there is a drawing for the upper level stuff (like an under, over quilt, etc.). It is fun, even if you don't win. At least your friends are winning.

I'm bringing a copy of the Speers Hammock Camping book, and maybe something else for the raffle.

Thanks so much for doing this. There really is a great bunch of folks here.

Maybe if the stars align I might get to the Mt Rogers hang as well as the Minnesota hang.

Might have to change my name to Road Trip.
