Talking Just spent the first night in my new indoor hammock...

    And it was glorious!

It's a 9'x6' size bed, 14'7" total length Brazilian hammock made out of beige canvas. Super comfortable, although I should have used a heavier blanket.

Right now it's hanging from two hooks from the ceiling. I think I might go for something more durable like the sailing type brackets I've seen on here but this works for now.

Too bad this is at my parents house, I could definitely see using this every night.

Also, it definitely beats stretching out in the rope hammock chair in the corner like I did before.

I just had to brag ^.^

Welcome to the fold of at-home-hangers.
There are a few of us full timers on here, but the ranks are growing daily. Post a pic of your indoor rig. Brazilian hammocks are my first choice for sleeping!

Very nice, but that last shot concerns me a little. There is already a significant gap between the hook and the sheetrock like the hook as been flexing against it. It also looks like the hook is pulling at an angle. Gotta tell ya, that's scary! I've not had any motion out of my hooks installed in that manner and it makes me wonder what guage screw you're using. Might want to go ahead and do those upgrades you were talking about sooner, rather than later.

I've got a couple of those chairs; very comfy. I've migrated over to the Air Chairs now. Doesn't hurt that they come with a cup holder and a foot-rest. I've missed a lot of TV since sitting in that chair.

Very nice! That hook looks very scary to me and I would take Cannibals advice and upgrade your system.
