    hello

hello I found this forum while I was surfing the net, to find an nice hamock.
I went looking for it after seeing the dokumentarie alone in the wild.
some years ago i have done some bicycle travveling at that time i used a simple tent.
a was not familiar with the all weather tye of hammocks at that time
i did own a traditional south american hamock made out of a special web netting
it was verry comfortable i even used it as my regular bed with my girlfreind at that time.
so now i''m looking for an new hammock i'm hoping to find the right hammock for me here.

    Welcome!

What are you mostly going to be using a hammock for? Car camping? Backpacking? Bike touring? Around the house? There are many kinds out there and the recommendations you'll get will depend on your uses.

Welcome Finn. Surf the forum a bit and you will soon enough find your hammock. Though I can recommend the Warbonnet Blackbird. Or the Hennessy Hammock. In fact most hammocks are great. Except for the hammock. It is even greater.

Huck to be honest size and weight are generally going to vary between type of material used. It is also a general rule of thumb that lighter and more compact is going to cost a little more. Give us some size requirements and temp ratings you may encounter. Check out the ENO Doublenest for two person lounging but be prepared for cuddling!!!!!!!!!!!
