    preferred tarp side?

Merry Christmas everyone, just got my OES Deluxe today. Just wondering I know it may be a stupid question but is there a preferred side you would want to be the interior where my hammock will be and one for the exterior of the tarp. My deluxe has seam seal or something on the ridge and I wasn't sure which side would be best if it matters. Any advice appreciated from experienced OES tarp owners.

I've always had the seam sealing on the inside/hammock side of the tarp.
Haven't been told that's right or wrong, Just seamed the thing to do.

I also put the sealed side on the inside/hammock side. With the tarp set up this way, the tie-outs/D-rings appear to be in the correct orientation, and the OES label is on the outside of the tarp. As far as I can tell, this is the right way to set up the tarp. At least that's the way I've always done it.

I use mine with the OES patch visible from the outside of the tarp.

I don't think it matters. At least I haven't gotten wet yet and I haven't worried about which side goes to the outside.

If it really does matter; I hope someone tells me before I run out of luck and do get wet

Terrible pun, you should be ashamed of yourself

I also don't think that it should matter.

The instructions for seam sealers all say to seal the inside of the seams.
