Our local Target has this item for $18.
It seems like a nice, lightweight, inexpensive rain and outer shell jacket. The size medium, with it's stuff sack, weighs 8oz. It can be stuffed into a small size.
Don't know if your local Target has this item on sale, but if you are looking for rain jacket or wind breaks, this may be worth considering.

Figures, i was looking for weeks and just pulled the trigger last night on an Outdoor Research jacket from Oregon Mountain.

Nice! Gonna check that out this weekend! Wife needs a new rain jacket. Wants a $100 REI one.... may get this $18 instead. Nice to save $$$
Stopped by my local Target(s) on the way home from buying a few DIY supplies. The first one had the jackets marked down for $24, but no L/XL sizes. So I stopped at the other one near my house. They had plenty in every size, and they were $8.47 on clearance
It does say that it's only wind/rain resistant, and looking inside it's not taped, so I'm not expecting much, but for under $10, who cares? Oh and the L/XL is 10.1 ounces, in the stuff sack it comes with.
