I ordered six of 'em, along with a pack cover and some mini biners. Great deal on the pack cover, I just hope it comfortably fits my Exos 46. Can't wait to be a return customer!
Thanks for the business. All orders were shipped Thursday, Friday and Saturday of last week after the paint had ample time to dry. The paint actually dried much darker and looks almost red but I would say its a reddish orange. In any event they look great.
I will have more ti-eye's available later this week. I was able to find some extra 2.95mm rod so I will have enough for 280 6" UL stakes and 280 8" UL stakes. After that there will be no more of the 2.95mm rod. I will be switching to the thicker 3.175mm rod.
The 6" will be $2.00 and the 8" will be $2.50.. These should sell out very quick and will go on sale on Friday at 5pm.
Thanks for your business.

My UL TI stakes from Mountainfitter arrived today
These are the 2.95 dia, 6 inch ones.
Weight for 10 stakes was 56 Grams, Average of 5.6 G each
Paint is great, and looks to be pretty tough, passes the fingernail test anyway
I like the eye, better than the shepards hook used on others.

Got mine today as well, the paint is already chipped on many of them. I doubt this paint will last very long but that's not a big deal. Great service from Mountainfitter and I will be buying from him again. Thanks Lawson!
Chris
Just noticed that these fit perfectly in my Mini Mag flashlight sheath thingy that comes with the flashlight! Great for protecting the other stuff in my pack and I can have them on my belt for a quickdraw stake fight! lol j/k
Hey Chris,
The paint chipped? How big are the chips? Could it be that I stacked them too early and the "chips" are were the paint stuck together and then they got pulled apart? Was it because I rubber banded them together?? The paint I used is $120 a gallon and was the best of about 10 paints I tried including Imron. The reason I chose this paint was because of all the paints I sampled it was the only one that would not chip. It would scratch but it never chipped. The data sheet said it could take up to a month for the paint to fully harden and its been a little less then a week so the paint should get much harder... As you can tell from my post I am a little concerned, but thats because painting them took longer then making them and cost me an arm and a leg, so if the paint isn't going to last then I don't want to waste my time or money painting them. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Hi, now that I look at them closer, I believe that they are mini scratches if that makes any sense. There are a couple that have longer marks which are obvious scratches but the ones I referred to as chips are likely mini scratches or just from them being stuck together and pulled apart as you said. It's kind of hard to tell to be honest.
Edit..None of them were stuck together when I recieved them, FYI.
Hey Chris,
Thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate it. Let me ask you this.. Would you prefer a tent stake that has paint that can chip and scratch off or a stake with no paint at all? If anyone else cares to answer this question please let me know as well since I am about to paint another 560 stakes.
I'm going to try to get some pictures for you but my camera is dead at the moment. Should only take a few minutes to charge enough to take them. To answer your question, I would personally rather have no paint at all than have you pay for something that's just going to wear/chip/scratch off in a few uses. That's just my opinion, I would be interested in what others have to say as well.
