i have one with a frame its quite old i mod the straps extending them and puttting a buckles the wasit strap would doesnt like to stay snug so they are taped

I have US issue Medium Alice pack (OD) and frame with shoulder straps, pad, bottom rear shelf and extra set of shoulder straps - VGC - clean. $55 shipped
I have the frame and medium and large packbag, plus aftermarket heavily-padded hipbelt and shoulder pads. I used it a lot while in the Marine Corps since I always carried a radio. If the frame were about 1-2 inches longer, it would still be a great system, but it is a bit too short to carry like a well-fitted civilian pack.
