I'm still waiting to hear. I may want more or less dependant on weight and type (breathable or not). Just make sure you post here before ordering.

Alright, the list has been updated for those of you who have added details and shown interest.

For those of you that are waiting on the sidelines, make sure you keep your eyes on this thread. I want to make the time b/w my verifying the samples and placing the order as short as possible. With how busy Magna is I think we'll be best served by being as expeditious as possible once they initiate contact. For those of you that think I'm worrying too much, please understand that it has taken me almost a month of working with Magna simply to verify that they received my sample request and weren't ignoring me. So, when they start paying attention to our order, I want to remain in the forefront of their thinking.

Because of that once I find out what's available and how much it will be, please immediately give me your final decisions. Once I verify the samples I'll set a deadline for getting money to me and I'll order what I have money for.

If anyone has better ideas, hit me with 'em.

    Thanks all for your understanding.

I guess I'm sticking with my original number and just waiting for more details... hard to do much more until we know more.

Put me down for around 15 or 20 yards of Sil 1.1 too, Dependant on pricing. Reckon when these folks are gonna get something together? I am going to have to get with my projects here pretty quick. Late March is coming fast.

John, I've updated you on the list. I don't know when this whole thing will go down, it just depends on how quickly they can get caught up I suppose. I'm in the same boat as you with projects. I actually broke down and ordered a few yards of 1.1 the other day...just to get by

Do you always buy more than 20 yards or how do you handle buying from them?

After looking at my stores I have more than enough of all kinds of ripstop. But I could take some 1.1oz sil in earthtones if it is at least 60" wide. Sorry that I haven't followed all of this post, but I will take 20 yards of this sil. Let me know how much it will be. My wife may kill me, but at least after I'm dead she will have some sil

I made the cover below from the OWC stuff. It's 1.1 oz DWR, a nice color.

Unless you weigh 100 lbs, I won't make a hammock using 1 layer of this. Two layers for a double body might be OK. I've not done it...
