"Loneliness is the poverty of self; solitude is the richness of self."~~~May Sarton
Ok,
I temporarily shortened the ridgeline in the BB and that was not the answer. I then hung higher on my suspensions at about 35 degrees and got more of a relaxed lay. The only problem now that I am having is that with the distance of my 35 degrees I am almost sitting on the ground (I only have two trees I can hang from in my backyard) which puts me well under my tarp, or I need to get 12' up with my suspensions to get me off the ground. My trees are 17' measured apart.
17' is a lot of strap allowing for more stretch. A thought . . . since they're regularly used trees, maybe a more permanent strap higher up the trunk with rings or loop that you can attach the wbbb to. I'd check for wear, but at least you wouldn't need a ladder ALL the time. On second thought, dunno if that's great for the trees.
Or there's always really long sticks. Ok, going out to play in the snow. Good luck!
