Will a double 1.1 gathered end hammock last an entire AT thru hike ?

I weigh 225.

Assuming you don't spend the evenings playing with your knife in the hammock, I don't see why it wouldn't last. The average hiker is only going to spend about 150-160 nights sleeping on the Trail.
