Ok, I accept your challenge as an "inactive" member. Here's a photo of my Hennesy with 2QZQ #3 zipper mod hanging by the Lewis River in the Gifford Pinchot NF. I've read many many posts and I've found answers to all my questions about hammock on this great site and others. Thanks to everyone for sharing their hammock hanging knowledge.

I'm always watching, this place is a great resource. Once I get one of the flame thrower underquilts I'll try to post a review and contribute. I don't have any pics of the blackbird b/c the camera doesn't jive with the "ultralight mentality". Once i get a better a better phone I'll try to post some though.

It's based on log-in time, not on post count. If you've logged in during the last 30 days, you'll still be an active member with a post count of zero.

Most stuff like this is just built into the software. We don't choose the labels that vBulletin applies to members who haven't logged in recently, or who have certain post counts, etc...just go with the default and spend time on the more important parts of running the forum.

tcrace, looks like you pitched directly over a trail. You may want to avoid this in the future because animals use those trails too and you don't want to give them a direct path into your set-up. Would suck to wake up in the middle of the night to find a buck caught in your rigging! Just thought I would let you know.

ChrisH, thanks for the heads up but it just appears to be over a trail. The first photo is taken from the trail with the Lewis river about 20 feet to the left. Our first day out though I failed to look up. The second and third pictures are of the 1st hang, and the widow maker that my friend Jim pointed out to me after I'd completed my setup.
