Happy new owner of a WBBB 1.7Dbl

Yeah, I have joined the cult of Brandon. (I hear its worse then those Apple hippies! )

I have a very sub-optimal setup right now (the ridgeline has 6" of slack) in my basement, but I can say without a shred of doubt, that the WBBB is more comfortable then my Hennessy Survivor.

A couple of things I have noticed right away; I already miss the zipper mod that 2QZQ did to my HH, I do love the shelf, and it isn't as loud to sleep in as the HH. (I really LOVE that part.)

I also got a MacCat Deluxe tarp, and wow; is it ever loud. I do like the black/Dark grey colour of it though. (Can I run a ridge-line under the Maccat?)

I am all set and can't wait till I get the rest of my gear (from Canada) so I can go camping.
    I ride a recumbent.
I like to HAM it up on the CW.
    I use Linux.
    I play go.
Of course I sleep in a hammock!

    Rug.

    Hang On!

Ha. Welcome to it! Also a member of the Brandon cult as well as Brian at OES having converted from HH. I have had great dealings with both and they make great product. You're gonna love it!

    Congrats & Enjoy!

I setup with a few inches of slack in the ridgeline - seems to be most comfortable for me
