Thanks again guys, the photos in the link worked perfect. Not sure why I was having so much trouble with it last night. I just did a test piece, and now have the fixed end on my first set of whoopies done.

Knew you could do it... it's all about the right visual and some practice...

Once you figure it out it is really very simple, I have no made a pair of Whoopie slings, and small continuous loops for the toggles. Opies instructions are awesome. I used them for both the slings and the loops, and I will try making a couple shackles tomorrow. I don't know what I will do with them, but I am getting addicted to making stuff.

    According to WordIQ:

Addiction is now narrowly defined as "uncontrolled, compulsive use despite harm"; if there is no harm to the patient or another party, there is no addiction. . . Addictions can theoretically form for any rewarding behavior, but typically only do so in individuals with emotional, social, or psychological dysfunctions, taking the place of normal positive stimuli not otherwise attained. . .

Huh... that describes most of us on this forum... but... um... No... I could stop anytime I wanted to... Really... I could... I just don't want to...

Welcome to the, um... habit? no... lifestyle? no... oh heck: addiction...
