    I've used them few times now and I really like them. I only use them on the corners of my tarps; the lines I am most likely to trip over. They will glow all night if they are charged up in the bright daylight, but they do get kinda dim in the early morning hours.

    I may host another group buy at some point in the future.

    Just remember in an emergency you can charge one up tie it to a length of guy line and twirl it and use it for a distress signal.

    I had two fail during a really windy night last weekend. I was using the stock (pretty small diameter) cord on my HH silnylon hex tarp, and the cord popped out of the teeth during a "direct hit" on the tarp. It necessitated a 3:00am readjustment out in the wind with much fanfare.

    So I would say to watch the diameter of cordage you're going to use with these and make sure it's really secure in the teeth. I'm not going to use them anymore with this tarp or else I'll replace the cord first.
