Had a great time. I didn't get to pull my camera out because I was too busy tending to the fires, building the snowfa and lovesleet, digging the kitchen area, doing the raffle and telling stories. But the main reason I didn't get my camera out is I couldn't remember which tote I put it in.

I would like to thank Maple for being the camera person of the trip and I would like to give her the title "Capturer of Souls". You must click on her link to check out the photos. There are tons of them! Here's the link: http://outdoors.webshots.com/album/579660209lxgdbe

I would also like to thank everyone that "DID" show up for being wonderful and bringing fun to a snow filled weekend. Those that pooped out without a valid reason we saved some "lemon" snow cones for you. LOL just kidding.

Oh and a big thank you to all for picking up everything before you left. I only found 2 things.... first was a toothbrush and the other was someones yellow bandana. Karl we will bring it back to you next year just like we did from the year before.

Props to Stick (Steve) for hauling all that wood down to keep all our butts warm.

Oh and a show of hands of who would have voted for Maples muffins! I have a feeling it would have been a tighter race with her in it, not that it wasn't a tight race. Steve's Bacon wrapped Turkey, Oh No's "Award Winning" Chili and her Muffins would have been neck and neck.

I have to also thank all that helped the people that got stuck in the evil puddle from hell. Without you we would have lots of people still down there keeping the snowman company

I would like to also thank my brother Iafte for which without him none of this would have been possible! I am very grateful that he brought all of you into our Winter Weekend! Sometimes it seems you forget to thank the ones that really deserve it when they are close to you. But Iafte, Thank You!

Here's what I got of the snowball fight. Not real happy with the music but it works.

OOHHH I just have to mention Gates gram cracker cookies boy were those delicious. Gates I'm also happy that you got your system dialed down to keeping you warm. This hang was espically great cause it was one where I was able to share lots of what I had learned as well as learned so much at this hang. Stalker cant wait to see what colors you next hammock will be.
Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.

Thanks for the vote of confidence Stalker. Next year I will be sure to enter my muffins in the cookoff/bakeoff. Glad you enjoyed the pics too. Most of all, thank you (and thanks to everyone) for having me. It was lots of fun sharing with everyone.

Iafte, the snowball video was awesome.
