Spring Pine Barren, NJ Hang ?

we talked about another hang. kayaking was brought up. after calling kayaking friends. i came up with this,

    WHERE? BODINE FIELD. http://www.state.nj.us/dep/parksandf...odine-map.html

DRIVE-IN ...drive in and park and camp just like at the winter hang.

HIKE-IN.... park at Batsto and hike 9 miles to camp

PADDLE-IN.... paddle from Speedwell 13 miles and camp with the rest. 13 miles on day out.

    MAP http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?hl=en...733a9bda1e&z=9

fire logs is camp on map.

thinking last week in April or first weekend of May.

there are many activity's in this area if interested.

if you would be interested, POST.

I just saw that thread pop up. Is two weeks on either side a good option or shall we push this out further?

    I second what SYB said......

"It was so much fun at the NJ Winter Hang that this is on my calendar. Thanks for starting this Karl."
The camping hammock lends luxurious comfort and solitude to that which would otherwise be a vulgar frolic in the dirt.

I'm super interested but this is an unlikely time for me (will have a new baby girl by then, and only just) - but with that said, lets see how things pan out (If the trip gets postponed a while I'd be much more inclined to go for what its worth) Thanks Karl!

Missed the winter hang because of work, but looking forward to this one!! I'll keep checking back to see what the dates are, but I'm up for it anytime.

Last weekend of April or the first weekend of March works for me. I missed the winter hang because of work but I can make those two weekends. I am debating paddle in or hike in.

    Spring MAHHA conflict

For what it's worth, the last weekend of April conflicts with the Spring MAHHA.
