The thread injecting demo and display is a weather dependent event. I need electricity to really do it justice. In the event of rain I would not want to expose my machine to bad weather, or to run extension cords through wet grass.

What contingency plans are there to facilitate this demonstration in the event of inclement weather? It seems to be the only one where weather would be a mitigating factor.

Everything sounds awesome. I'm a bit curious what might be going on friday? Are people planning on showing up friday? I was considering hiking on friday, and maybe even thursday if I can get the day off, but I'd hate to miss out on anything planned on friday. Even if its just hanging out. Who is coming earlier to hike the trail in?

I believe there are several of us, if you care to parse back through the posts, that will drive in on Friday. I'd hike in, but am bringing too much stuff for the displays, etc.... and will be there Friday afternoon.

Yuppers! And it will be used with your laptop, correct? I can always bring mine as well. Actually, as it turns out I have a regional meeting leading up to MAHHA and will have it with me regardless.
I'll be getting there sometime Friday also.
