Synthetic or Down UQ ?

I live and mostly hike in Florida and I was wondering which one I should go with.

I went with down for the weight, but I'm in Ohio so a little chillier prob.

I pondered on this myself and bought AHE new river (climashield) UQ. I felt fla. humidity would play with the down, but at the Fla. hang, a lot of guys had down and they said they didn't have a problem with the humidity. So with that said, down would pack down more, weigh less than synthetic. So it still goes down to personal preference.
