How do you cut dyneema to get a nice clean cut?
I don't know any magic and don't have a hot knife/wire, so just use a sharp knife and then melt the ends...suppose slightly better to cut against a block of wood.
I use a ceramic knife that I picked up at a local hardware store. It was around $10. If I recall correctly Harbor Freight has them readily available. I have found that dyneema doesn't really melt in the same way that nylon, or polypro ropes do. So to prevent fraying of ends on dyneema cord, it is best to backsplice, tape the ends or use shrink tubing.

Single edge razor blades and a poly cutting board. As Brian said, whip the ends with shrink tube. That liquid whip end dip works, too.

I use sharp shears. I have one pair for cutting fabric, and another pair for cutting canvas, leather, EVA and HMWPE.

+1 on the razor blade and ceramic knife.
Sharp (new) or Mac's scissors work also.
I do use flame and wet fingers to melt and smooth
the ends.
