i soo wish i could make it, but wife-e-poo and i are headed to amelia island fl to visit her sister. i'll be hanging down there.
i will try to catch the next local hang. i might still have some residule sand to shake out.

Sounds like its gonna be a great trip! I've been on those trails many times, but havent been to most of the areas on your list. Can't wait...

What time does everyone want to meet at the trailhead to hike in?

I would humbly suggest that we hang Friday night about 100 yards north from the parking lot, to the left of the trail. That way, everyone can arrive when they are able, and we can strike out early Saturday morning for a walking tour.

Anywhere we hang in the Birkheads on Saturday night is no more than a half day's walk back to the parking lot.

I'm not sure if I can get there Fri. night or not. But, I can be there bright and early Sat. moring. If everyone wants to go Fri. I'll try to work it out with the boss lady. Does anybody in the Thomasville area want ride together? I can take 2-3.

Not necessary to hang with us on Friday night. Let's plan to depart from Robbins Branch parking lot at 0930 Saturday morning. Will that work for everyone?

Thing1 and I can recon trail 6) after breakfast, before we meet at 0930.

Hey JC, i will take you up on that offer. Also, do you still have that ENO rain fly? If so can my bro-in-law use it that night? He might be interested in buying it from you. I think he is coming to and possibly bringing 1 or 2 friends with him as well. Looks like a nice crowd!
